Animal Impact Makers: Pig Transport

🔊 SOUND ON: What you are hearing is the sound of pigs screaming out after being transported by truck more than 1,200 miles over more than 30 hours with no stops for the pigs to eat, drink or rest. In our investigation of this transport truck we found that temperatures on the journey were as high as 91 degrees, and investigators documented pigs screaming at night while they were crammed together in the trailer.
