Today, on the second day of VegWeek, we visited the offices of Alameda County who has issued a proclamation confirming this week as "Alameda County VegWeek".
This is an incredibly important action to take as, in recognizing VegWeek, Alameda County is encouraging residents, restaurants, schools, grocery stores, organizations, and other institutions to promote vegan eating.
