Olympics: foie gras will be served on the hospitality menu!

This year, at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the International Olympic Committee has pledged to serve more 'sustainable' French cuisine and 60% of meals served will be meatless.

This is a great step forward for animals, and we applaud the Committee for this decision, but one particular dish has made its way onto the menu that is so cruel and controversial that it is considered a crime to produce in many European countries: foie gras!

After weeks of investigation, Animal Equality has received confirmation that foie gras made by force-feeding will be served to hospitality guests at the Olympics.
