Connecticut is looking to 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘁.

❌🐰 Promoters of the bill claim it will improve local agriculture, but it would sentence thousands of rabbits to lives on cruel factory farms.

Unlike traditional livestock, 𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁, meaning this bill would expose them to brutal conditions with virtually no oversight.
