Petition: The repeal of the code on farming chickens for meat + farming should be debated

Farmed animals need your voice now! 🐔🐷
The UK Government is planning to put animal welfare in the hands of the farming industry!

On April 27th they will begin scrapping the current legal Codes that offer some protection to farmed animals and will replace them with industry-drafted guidelines.

This is a huge step backwards for farmed animals who already suffer terribly on British factory farms. Without legally binding welfare Codes this can only get worse.

Please spare a moment to sign this petition calling for a full Parliamentary debate on this regressive move. We don't have much time to stop it. Thank you!
