Snoozing Hummingbird
This little hummingbird may be small, but his snores are pretty impressive! 😴 💤
A scientist recorded this little guy while he was sleeping — and his chirpy noises are super cute.
According to the BBC, these little noises aren't technically snores — hummingbirds actually enter a deep sleep called torpor while they're snoozing. To wake up, they have to take big breaths to replenish their oxygen supply. This hummingbird is just revving up for another day of superfast flying.
