Rescued Cow Shows Affection
You think only dogs can show affection?
This bull calf named Salvador was rescued from a Chilean dairy farm where he was fated to be killed and sold as veal. Fortunately, the nonprofit organization, Animal Libre, stepped in and saved him from slaughter. Salvador may be quite a bit bigger than his canine buddy, but he clearly loves cuddles!
Most of us find the idea of eating dogs abhorrent. Why do we not feel the same about eating cattle? If we agree that this is inherently unjust, then let's try to move toward a more compassionate, meat-free diet.
