Animal Equality is thrilled to welcome Vivian Mocellin as our Executive Director in Brasil!

Vivian is a dedicated animal advocate who has previously served as Animal Equality's Corporate Outreach Manager in the country. Vivian's tireless work has helped us gain several important policy commitments to end cages for hens in Brazil.

Vivian started her career in public relations for the federal government and went on to become a writer and editor, serving as editor in chief of Harper’s Bazaar and Arte!Brasileiros. She is an activist and advocate for other causes such as feminism, environmental and indigenous rights and social justice at large.
