This is my second time having the nasi lemak set here. It was a guilt-free way to satisfy my craving for nasi lemak. Heh heh. Unfortunately, the tower of rice fell over just as I took this photo.
They use very little salt in the food, which makes eating here twice as healthy. The dish came with seaweed, enoki and shimeji mushrooms coated with a crispy batter, sliced potatoes, long beans, brinjal, tempeh in a creamy turmeric sauce, petai sambal, kacang, plus a few slices of fresh cucumber and tomato. The rice was spiced up with ginger and limau purut leaves.
A very filling meal, nicely balanced by a cup of warm soy milk. Give it a try if you're looking for nasi lemak with a healthy twist.
