#砂鍋綿綢肌絲粥#
這幾天多餐煮粥，皆因家中半數人重感冒。要煮出綿綢稀粥是有秘訣的，先把米洗淨瀝乾，置入冰箱冷藏，第二天再拿出來，直接放入燒滾清水的鍋子裡烹煮二十分鐘就可以了。
