Cold salad: Beet root, corns, cucumber, tomatoes & some other unidentified ingredients.

Of all the places I've been to, I would say Pullman Hotel near LRT Kerinchi served some of the best ones. The taste is refreshing, yet hidden with layers of various taste of sweetness, sour, salty.. very well marinated some herbs. Yet the texture itself is soft, very unlike most salad that requires hard-core cow chewing kungfu. I think they grilled some parts too, as there was the smokey fragrant smell.

Tried to replicate this at home but it ain't the same. Must be some super secret recipes.
