'Ice Cream Potong' is basically Malaysian version of popsicle BUT... made with local Malaysian favourite ingredients e.g. the purple (red bean), pink (laichi), green (cendol), yellow (durian) orange (nangka) & so on. So far, my favourite is lime dark green (mung bean) and black (red bean with black glutinous rice).
The feeling is heavenly, like drinking a cold dessert but you get to chew on the ingredients in it.
Guess where I had these? At a hotel from their dessert bar! Yes. Cool right? They serve some of the best new fusion food with traditional touch on it.
