Tempura: Eggplant, Lotus Root & Pumpkin.

The size of it is bigger than my palm.

I have no idea where they get those large size lotus root. It's bigger & harder than the local ones. A bit hard for me but the egg plant was awesome.

I have a weird habit of dipping it to my own customize condiment mixtures - radish shaving, ginger & salty sauce sauce. The savory taste allows one to taste the sweetness of the vegetables & the ginger enhance it's flavor. *All condiments are freshly available by a stand alone side stall for free. It is placed in a bowl with ice underneath to maintain it's freshness.
