Yam are cut into cube size and steam until fully cooked. It is smash into paste and I mix it with tauhu and mushroom (black colour mushroom chopped), season with pepper powder and salt for taste. Then put into taupok, tauhu, red chili, lady finger (sorry, didn't take all photo). It can serve fried (I will coat with tepung gandum) or steam. However, the ingredients tends to fall out, next time I am going to add some tapioca starch and egg to make them more firm and chewy. I didn't use any mock meat for this.
