Freshly prepared ebi tempura. No fishy taste (no cruelty to prawns!). Crispy beancurd skin with sengkuang and carrot wrapped inside. Tastes good with or without the dip. My folks' favourite!

Yes, no cruelty to prawns! And catching prawns in the sea is very inefficient and cruel as 99% are by-catch of other species that are killed unnecessarily too!
