Hi Novita, we just checked with Komugi and it should be accepted. Did you go to Komugi at Level 6, Tokyo Street? Please note that it is not applicable at the Komugi at Food Court.

Yes, I went to Komugi at Level 6, someone, I think the manager, tried to scan my coupon with his phone, but it keep saying 'not found' or 'not redeemable', something like that, that's why he refused the coupon
