HEALTHY VEGETARIAN 健康蔬食 Midas Cuisine provides vegatarian foods such as vegan diet , ovo-lacto vegetarian diet and also allium vegetarian diet. Ovo-lacto vegetarian and allium vegetarian diet are prepared by using separate kitchen utensils. The main ingredients used are fresh vegetables and fruits, fungi, and beans. Food is subdivided into individual set and family set. Individual set includes rice or noodles; while family set offers variety dishes with rice. All sauce are tailored made by our chefs with fresh vegetables, fruits, fresh milk and vegetable oil as main ingredients. Our sauce are free from preservatives to ensure our valued customers undergo a healthy and enjoyable dining experience. Meantime, we offer delivery service, student catering, tea session, buffet and banquet services. All vegetables are washed by special cleaning agent to remove pesticides, preservatives and worm’s excretions. The special cleaning agent is derived from natural plant extracts, which are biodegradable and dissoluble in water. The cleaning agent aims to reduce environmental pollution and preserve the natural environment. Besides, all tableware are cleaned by using Palm Leaf wood vinegar. Palm Leaf wood vinegar uses palm kernel shell extracts to produce natural and eco-friendly cleaning agent, which is effective for sterilization, deworming and deodorization. Midas aims to provide a bright, clean and comfortable dining environment with soft and relaxing music to our valued customers.
