Homemade udon w/ Yasai Kakiage Tempura. Surprised at how nice the broth taste. The yasai kakiage tempura was crunchy and not oily too!

The Yasai Kakiage looks crazy. Colourful and thin battered, plus since you said crunchy and not oily...Perfect! haha
