I like this bittergourd dish!

Looks good. Not a lot people like bittergourd unless is fried. I use to hate bittergourd. N u know how my mom made me start liking it. She cook dishes with nearly ripen bittergourd coz that way it's less bitter. Then slowly I start to like it n eating the normal non ripe ones. Now gives me an idea why soup to boil soon. Bittergourd soup with egg 😋😋😁😁😁
