Secret Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups regular rolled oats
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup white flour
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour onto hot griddle.
  3. Serve with butter and syrup.
