Secret Ingredients
  • 2 mangoes , cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks , drained
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice , from the canned fruit
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nuts , finely chopped
Directions
  1. Combine mango, pineapple, lime zest, and juices.
  2. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours (optional).
  3. Garnish with the chopped macadamia nuts and thinly sliced lime or a dallop of plain yogurt.
