Pucuk Paku by #RawChefYin.
One of my favourite vegetables! I cooked the pucuk paku on low heat in my Thermomix and then blended the sauce ingredients and poured it all over. The sauce was raw :)
Here are the ingredients: 300gm pucuk paku from OA Organics 1 chili padi
For the sauce: Blended ingredients Half an onion 1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon miso paste 2 cm turmeric 3 cm ginger ¼ cup santan Salt & sugar to taste
