Here's a recipe of my Flamingo Bowl. This beautiful pink smoothie bowl was inspired by the one at @plantseatery and CANTEEN in Taipei. If you're ever going to Taiwan, do visit them for beautiful, nutritious and creative vegan food. ๐๐
Mine is a Malaysian-ised version which has ciku and freshly grated coconut!๐
INGREDIENTS: ๐1 large banana ๐1 cup almond milk ๐2 pink dragon fruits ๐2-3 tablespoons ciku caramel sauce (see my previous post) ๐ยฝ cup orange cranberry grawnola - come to World Vegan Day 2017 at Publika on 4 November, 4-5pm and get the free recipe @wvdmalaysia ๐1-2 tablespoons freshly grated coconut
METHOD 1๏ธโฃBlend banana, almond milk and flesh of 1 pink dragon fruit till smooth. Pour into serving bowl. 2๏ธโฃUse melon baller to create dragon fruit balls. 3๏ธโฃTop smoothie mixture with dragon fruit balls, ciku caramel sauce, grawnola and coconut.
