Japchae is a savory and slightly sweet Korean stir-fried dish made with glass noodles, a variety of vegetables, and soy sauce seasoning.

  • All-in-One Soy Sauce 80g

  • Soy sauce 10g
  • Glass noodles 100g (soaked and prepared)
  • Sliced beef or Chicken 50g
  • Vegetables (julienned carrot, onion, spinach, chopped green onion)
  • Cooking oil
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
  1. **repare ingredients**: Soak the glass noodles until softened. Slice the beef and vegetables (carrot, onion, spinach, and green onion) into thin strips.
  2. **Stir-fry beef and vegetables**: In a pan, heat some cooking oil and stir-fry the beef and vegetables over medium heat until slightly tender.
  3. **Add noodles and seasonings**: Add the soaked glass noodles, 80g of All-in-One Soy Sauce, and 10g of additional soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and cooked through.
  4. **Finish**: Add a dash of sesame oil for extra flavor and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
